1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates typically range from 7 to 15 business days depending on the supplier and the destination location (such as local deliveries in Saudi Arabia). Please note that unexpected customs or carrier delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) so you can monitor your package’s journey.
